Autumn. Have started work on creating a Showroom Window in part of the old garage attached to my house. (part of the old whisky distillery in Langholm).
The property is on the A7, with good access and parking, and although I won't be able to make it my actual workshop in the near future, I can - and am - making a display window. Of course, these things never turn out as simple as you'd think, and solid walls aren't solid, and those that are solid are resting on fresh air.......
Ok, so I exaggerate (a little), but whilst I'd hoped to have my furniture on permanent display by Christmas - that isn't going to happen now. Still watch this space, and keep up with what gets posted on Facebook, where I'll try and keep photos up to date.

My furniture is full of curves and lines that make it feel like a sculpture. I try to tread lightly and leave the planet in a better place than I found it. Most of my timber is local, mainly from windblown trees that I mill and dry myself.
